a powerful 3-month embodiment MENTORING program
the Liberated Heart Collective
is designed to meet you where you currently are, allowing you to release the past so that you may move into your brightest future with an open and Liberated Heart. We will work together in a 1:1 setting (either 3 or 6 months), allowing you to receive highly personalized sessions focused around nervous system regulation, leading to profound healing, growth, insights and clarity for you to live a life that feels expansive and fulfilling, connecting you to a deeper sense of purpose and presence.
The Liberated Heart Collective is consists of 2 shamanic breathwork journeys and 2 somatic integration sessions per month. You will also receive personalized practices, additional WhatsApp support, Somatic Integration workbook and personalized shamanic journeys to aid in your healing, growth and liberation.
In addition, through your private 1:1 sessions, you will be receive personalized support in your personal healing, growth, integration and empowerment, as well as additional embodiment practices to integrate into a daily practice, all of which function to support you in reconnecting to and embodying your innate wholeness.

Liberated Heart
The endless hamster wheel of repeating patterns and behaviors that you know are not serving you does not have to be your reality any longer. There is another way.
