What is Energetic Intimacy?
Energetic Intimacy
is a 4 day / 3 night all-inclusive health and wellness retreat located on a beautiful beachfront property in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico from September 23 - 26, 2022. In this expansive and immersive experience, we will be diving deep, exploring our multi-faceted energetic Self through the central pillars of Intention, Connection, and Embodiment.
In this experiential exploration of the energetics underlying these three pillars, you will gain intimacy with the deeper aspects of your true Self, allowing you to more effectively set intentions, establish authentic connections with Self, Community, and Mother Nature, and embody the frequencies of your unique energetic signature, providing you with the tools and resources to share your unique medicine with the world around you.
Intimacy (or Into-Me-I-See) is about being willing to meet all aspects of yourself, cultivating relationships with the energetics of your full-spectrum experience of life. Once you open yourself to understanding (or innerstanding) where something is coming from, you are able to listen more deeply to the underlying emotions present within that experience. In doing so, you begin to become intimate with why that expression of energy is there, thus allowing these parts of yourself to heal, and therefore creating space for more empowered versions of yourself to more fully show up in the world.
So how exactly are we going to be working with the pillars of Intention, Connection, and Embodiment in order to bring about greater levels of Energetic Intimacy?
INtention
Whether we are aware of it or not, intentions are the driving factor behind pretty much every decision and action we make in life. The only reason we do anything at all is because there is a desire (intention) to manifest a certain result or experience.
However, the majority of the time in our society, it seems that people are largely unaware of the intentions behind their thoughts, behaviors, and actions, and instead act from a place of unconsciousness, resulting in living a life on autopilot. You do the same things day-in and day-out, thinking the same thoughts and acting in the same way. When you become aware of this, you often realize you have the desire to experience something more. In fact, many of us intuitively know that we are here to experience something more. Much, much more. But how do you begin to consciously shift into living a more authentic, soul-aligned life that feels true to your Heart?
The short answer: Intention. Through the power of Conscious Intention, you are bringing your awareness to the WHY behind your actions and behaviors and aligning with the underlying energetics of your Heart’s desires.
Through the exploration of your deeper layers, you discover your authentic WHY, enabling you to harmonize your energies with the universal forces of Creation. The clearer you become with your Intention, the stronger you can feel your Intention in your body and the more energy is available to you to cultivate and manifest your Intention.
In the Energetic Intimacy container, you will be diving deep into the energetics of your unique Intentions, discovering your sacred WHY, learning to feel the energetics of your Intention through somatic meditations and practices. You will discover the power of your voice and of speaking your Intentions into the world. And you will cultivate intimacy with deep levels of your Being, receiving the tools, techniques, and experientially-based wisdom to bring conscious awareness to all parts of yourself, allowing you to weave Intention into every fiber and thread of the grand tapestry that is your Life.

Connection
When you begin to develop greater levels of self-intimacy (Into-Me-I-See), your begin to form direct connections with your internal experiences, emotions, and needs. When this happens, it allows you to meet all parts of yourself with greater levels of compassion, vulnerability, authenticity, and openness. In essence, you are getting to know your true Self through connecting to yourself on the deepest levels of Being.
The exploration of the energetics behind Connection are vast and multi-dimensional. As the Hermetic Wisdom states, “As above, so below. As within, so without.” When we begin to connect deeply within, bringing compassion, vulnerability, and empathy to all parts of ourself, our connections around us begin to strengthen as well.
During our time together in Energetic Intimacy, we will be diving deep into the many layers of Connection. Through cultivating deep intimacy with your own internal landscapes, you will be able to intimately connect more deeply with those around you, allowing you to form strong community networks based on truth, authenticity, vulnerability, compassion, and play.
We will also be exploring practices to consciously Connect more deeply with Mother Nature and learn about the unique ways she can support us in life. Through opening yourself to the wisdom inherent in Nature, you will begin to Connect to the universal energetics of Creation, supporting you in grounding your energies, Intentions, and Connections, and strengthening your relationship with your infinite Spiritual nature.
Through the experiential container of Energetic Intimacy, you will explore ways to cultivate deep intimacy with the energetics underlying the Connections in your Life. In learning to combine conscious Intention with authentic Connection in harmonious and life-enhancing ways, you will be building solid foundations from which to create an authentic, nourishing, and Soul-aligned Life.

Embodiment
What does it mean to truly embody something? We believe it means to anchor and ground the energetic frequency of the innate wisdom within you, carrying that energy and awareness with you into all parts of your life. Embodiment is realized through living your message, walking your talk, and living your unique authentic medicine. It is a radical acceptance of all parts of yourself, taking responsibility for how you show up in the world, and emanating the energy and the wisdom realized from your unique life experiences.
Yet, how do you actually anchor, ground, and embody the wisdom you carry? How do you actually live your medicine?
The most important part of any experience, and the most crucial component towards the embodiment of one’s message in life, is integration.
It is in learning how to successfully integrate your experiences that you are able to fully receive the messages and lessons you have received, grounding them into your daily life. In doing so, you become the living embodiment of your medicine, allowing you to share yourself freely and authentically with the world around you, becoming a way-shower and guide for others along their own individual paths towards awakening.
The energetics of embodiment are deep and profound. They can, of course, be talked about and discussed, which we will be doing during our time together at Energetic Intimacy. Yet in order to be truly embodied in something, you must be able to feel it in your body. It is an energetic signature housed within your body vessel that is able to be felt and expressed. This energy is authentic, grounded, and expansive. It is the energy of a balanced, centered, and awakened Heart, able to flow and express itself freely in ways that harmonize the multi-dimensional levels of your Being.
Ultimately, embodiment is about feeling your way through life, as opposed to thinking your way through it. It is about being in your body and feeling what is alive within you at any given moment. It is about bringing your awareness to the somatic experience of your miraculous life, allowing yourself to feel it all, remaining open to all the colors and textures of this unique human experience.
It is through the embodiment of your most authentic Self, your true Self, that you realize you are the Creator of your reality. You innerstand that you are the artist and that Life is your canvas, and that you can create any masterpiece your Heart desires. It is through embodiment that you come home to yourself.

Greg Moran
Greg Moran is a Breathwork Facilitator, Life Coach, Usui Reiki Energy Healer, Nature Connection Guide, and Embodiment Mentor. Greg's approach to healing is centered around nervous system regulation and embodied connection, where the body's innate wisdom can be accessed and received, leading to profound healing and growth in one's physical, psycho-emotional, and spiritual experience of life. He facilitates Breathwork and embodiment practices at retreats, workshops, and events around the world. Greg also works one-on-one with clients through Breathwork and Life Coaching, allowing them to connect deeper with their intuition and clear psycho-emotional blockages, and supporting them in living a more expansive Soul-nourishing life. He is the founder of True Health Awakening and is deeply passionate about holistic health, authentic connection to Self, Community, and Mother Nature, and guiding and empowering others in living their most empowered life.

Keilani Francisco
Keilani Francisco is an Usui Reiki Master Teacher and has been expanding and deepening her practice since 2019. Reiki has been a guiding light that has allowed me to come back home to myself time and time again. From hosting transformational retreats and events around the world, to leading women's circles and cacao ceremonies - Keilani lives and teaches in a way that is about honoring our humanness while awakening to the divinity within each of us. My intention is to create safe spaces for people to connect deeper to themselves and others; while allowing all to feel seen, heard, and celebrated on their journey of awakening.
What’s the schedule?
The schedule for the retreat is subject to change based on the needs of the day.
Mornings will have optional activities, allowing time for personal reflection, integration, and relaxation.
Lunch will be served at 11:00 am and group discussions/activities will begin at 12:00 pm.
